What if I have a villa or furnished property?
Request a Villa Assessment. Villas, furnished properties, post-construction conditions and non-standard requirements are quoted after assessment.
Does the apartment need to be empty?
Yes, standard apartment prices apply to empty apartments in standard condition. Furnished properties need a separate assessment.
What's included?
Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces, floors and skirting, doors and switches, empty cabinet and wardrobe interiors, kitchen worktops and accessible appliance areas, bathrooms, tiles and glass, accessible internal windows and a final room-by-room check.
What isn't included?
Post-construction cleaning, furniture or upholstery cleaning, pest treatment, repairs, disposal of belongings or large waste, and permanent stain removal are not included.
How should I prepare?
Confirm whether it's a move-in or move-out, ensure the property is empty, finish painting and maintenance first, remove belongings and waste, provide water and electricity, and arrange keys, permits, parking and lift access.
